Eve Group places a high level of importance on social and ethical compliance and we are dedicated to ensuring that our factory fully complies with Government law and foreign customer requirements. Our facilities agree to comply with the following minimum requirements and expectations:
Child labour shall not be used
Employment is freely chosen, the use of forced, bonded or involuntary prison labour is strictly prohibited
Working conditions are safe and hygienic
Workers are paid a living wage
Regular employment is provided
Use of regular and excessive overtime is prohibited
Harsh or inhumane treatment is prohibited
Discrimination on the basis of personal characteristics is prohibited
Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected
Environmental protection laws and standards are met
Management system ensures integrity and anti-corruption
Legal compliance and management standards of country and local law are met
Brand and customer confidentiality and integrity are upheld
These standards are subject to regular auditing by our internal audit teams. We work simultaneously towards continuous improvement to the environment in which our SHIRTS are being made.
